Did you know that we’re only born with two fears – the fear of falling and the fear of loud noises?

The most common fears we develop over time are: 

-The Fear of Judgment or Rejection

-The Fear of Spiders

-The Fear of Open or Crowded Spaces 

-The Fear of Tight Spaces 

-The Fear of Heights

The top fears I’ve seen with my clients (not in order of importance)

-Fear of Failure

-Fear of Rejection

-Fear of Success

-Fear of Change (the unknown)

Sometimes it’s the fear of “the fear of “(fill in the blank for you) which causes the most stress and overwhelm- in other words, the anticipation of this fear.

Here’s the good news for you!

This means that all of the fears you have accumulated during your life can be decreased or eliminated. Think about what you could accomplish if you weren’t afraid to fail, be rejected, be successful, or fear the unknown.

When we’re focused on fear, we’re in victim mode. When we focus on possibilities, we take our power back. 

Set some time aside today and make a list of all of the fears you have. Rate them by importance (how much they bother you) and start working on reducing them.  My favorite methods for eliminating fears are mindset techniques (tapping, neuroscience, and other resources I’m an expert in) and the appropriate strategies.
