Did you know that most of your life is spent as a habit?      

Habits are formed when you frequently do a specific activity or have a particular thought. The minute it becomes habitual, you lose conscious awareness of it. It’s like you go through parts of your life in a daze. When I first learned this critical information in my training, it was a lightbulb moment!

Researchers share that at least 70% of our actions each day are the same actions we performed yesterday and will be the same actions we perform tomorrow.

So, if you’re ever wondering why you’re not getting different (better) results, it’s time to change what and how you’re doing things.

Set time aside today and evaluate the areas where you desire greater success. Start with the most important area and choose one habit to change. My favorite methods for faster results are mindset techniques (tapping, neuroscience, and other resources I’m an expert in) and the appropriate strategies. If you need help, reach out.
