Maybe even more than that. It’s true.
I’m not talking about body weight. I’m talking about “stuff” in my home. I went on a “summer cleaning” rampage and got rid of whatever I didn’t want anymore.
Let me explain why.
I’m preparing for a BIG quantum leap in my business. Right now, I’m on a very special retreat, which will help propel me to where I want to go. 
What I know about energy, quantum physics and the Laws of Attraction is that only one “thing” will fit into a space at a time.
Therefore, it made sense to get rid of whatever I owned that no longer felt aligned to where I want to go. I didn’t want clutter or old stuff hanging around that didn’t align with where I want to go.
I read several different books on the subject before starting and then created my own system.
I spent 4 days cleaning out my home from top to bottom. There were times it was easy to throw out stuff but definitely more times when it was really uncomfortable.
I asked myself three very important questions as I went through the process:
1. Do I love this item? (If yes, it stayed. If not, it would either be donated or thrown out.)
2. Do I envision this item as being part of my life as I move forward? (If yes, it stayed. If not, it would either be donated or thrown out.)
3. Does it represent me in how I want to be seen as I move forward? (If yes, it stayed. If not, it would either be donated or thrown out.)
After finishing with physical objects, I’m now taking a look at who is in my life and asking the same questions about them.
“These changes will make room for me to take the huge leap I need for my business to grow.”
