[Video] this is embarrassing to admit…

Ok, I’m admitting something really embarrassing.  Yikes!  It was hard to do, but I really hope that by sharing it will inspire you.

One important strategy that I’ve come to realize is that you can’t move forward and leave everything in your life the same.  There’s always something (and it’s usually plural – “many things”) that need to be changed.

The way that starts is by letting go of that “one thing” that has been holding you back.
