A little over a week ago, I attended the Ultimate Success Workshop with Kate, and I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about my experience. First of all, let me start off with the fact that I was not going to attend the workshop (because I have had a tendency to put things off for ME). I am a salon owner, and outside of my salon, I can procrastinate or put things off because I have always put my business first. Thankfully, I had a friend who has been working with Kate, and saw the importance of me attending this workshop. So, I walked in the first day thinking only about work and my long list of things to do. Once Kate began speaking, I immediately felt comfortable. Kate has a way of speaking in a very calm manner.
To be honest, I walked in that door and I was so nervous, self conscious, and had so many emotions built up because I was not in my comfort zone which is my salon. Kate gave me the tools to realize that there was so much I had been holding on to from my past that was holding me back today. Almost everyone in the workshop commented that I was smiling, seemed more confident and at ease, and that I had made a lot of self improvements-just in 2 days!!! Keep in mind, I was not even working one on one with Kate, and I still gained this much knowledge and self-worth that I was able to walk out of the seminar with my head held high. Since the workshop, I am speaking and feeling calmer, looking out for me, not procrastinating, learning how to better balance work and personal life…just to name a few. Everyone around me has seen a change but most importantly-I have seen a major change, and have been handed the tools from Kate to improve even more. I look forward to a one-on-one session with Kate. I can’t stress enough about how truly talented Kate is at bettering other’s lives.

The primary reason that I came to Kate was because I knew that I had a block in allowing the money that I deserve flow to me. I asked Kate for help and told her that I sure hoped this works because I really needed every penny that I had. As I was in a state of desperation Kate and I worked together for 2.5 hours. Within that Success Intensive, I gave myself a raise and felt good about it! I went from biting my fingernails to realizing that desperation only attracts desperation. I relaxed and began to be excited about whatever it was that was coming to me.
The confidence that I found in working with Kate is what has brought me to new corporations retaining me. I’ve already taken action and am in the works of achieving more companies in saying the same thing that the newest corporation I’ve secured said, “Well, I’m sold!”
